Miss Universe Philippines - Negros Occidental
Sleek, Stylish... Radiant with charisma
MUPH - Bacolod Louise Lian Enumerable Bobe advocates for "Boundless Beauty, Breaking Boundaries"

Newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines - Bacolod Louise Lian Enumerable Bobe is poised to redefine pageantry as she competes for the inaugural title of Miss Universe Philippines-Bacolod.

This competition signifies a historic shift in the realm of pageantry, where motherhood, marriage, and age no longer restrict contestants. With recent changes allowing wives, mothers, and even transgender women to represent powerhouse countries in Miss Universe, the stage is more inclusive than ever.

As a wife, mother, and dedicated banker, Lian views this evolution as a meaningful opportunity-not only for herself but for every woman who harbors a dream.

Representing her hometown of Murcia, where she previously placed First Runner-Up in Lin-ay sang Negros 2016, Lian brings a wealth of experience and renewed purpose.

Her accolades include being crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Negros Island Region 2017, where she reached the national finals and placed in the Top 12.
However, she sees the Miss Universe Philippines Negros Occidental platform as something deeper:

"This isn't just a competition; it's a chance to show that we, as wives and mothers, can break boundaries. I want to represent every woman who thought her dreams had to wait," Lian shares.

Her journey illustrates that beauty queens are multifaceted and dynamic.

Miss MUPH - Negros Occidental Inspires others to chase their dreams

Miss Universe Philippines-Negros Occidental Ms. Franches Anne Laquiba, representing the town of Pontevedra, embodies resilience and inspiration.

At just 20 years old, she is a proud single mom to a one-year-old son.

Her advocacy, “Body Diversity,” is a reflection of her fierce commitment to promoting self-acceptance and challenging societal pressures. Franches takes the stage representing Bacolod City, determined to show that dreams have no expiration date, drawing on her unique experiences as a mother.

Originally from Quezon City, she has embraced her role in Bacolod with pride and purpose. Having witnessed the damaging effects of self-doubt and narrow beauty ideals, her mission is deeply personal.

Driven by her own struggles with self-confidence, Franches dedicates her life to championing body diversity, inspiring others to embrace their true selves, inside and out.

Her advocacy seeks to shift focus from restrictive definitions of beauty toward a celebration of all body types.

Through her platform, she aims to dismantle unrealistic beauty standards and promote self-acceptance among women and young girls, encouraging them to recognize their unique qualities as strengths.
